On Unidata, you can start with field 3 in the CTLGTB file. As long as you stick with the CATALOG verb and don't edit any of the records in CTLGTB, that should work. For example, it's possible to manually copy the object into the system CTLG directory. If that happens, you can still call the program from Unidata, but it will not show up in the CTLGTB file.
