Hi Susan In your logto script try adding CLEARCOMMON then LOGIN so that you go in cleanly. You can add a Logto subroutine in SB+, go to the Admin screen, SB+ Setup, SB+ Control Parameters, F9 Logto Sub. I've experienced this error when logging between accounts from different versions of SB+ (different COMMON blocks). Regards David
