I'm starting to get a lot of the following errors on my development

Does anyone know what this is and why it's happening. It seems to
happen every time I first login using AccuTerm from Windows 7. I've not
had this problem with AccuTerm 2K2 on XP. I am, however, getting the
errors using DesignBais.
