Well, if the data comes from a non-U2-type system, how come it contains
dates in U2 internal format?
Otherwise I would have suggested to parse the field and file names and
use USING DICT filename instead of the dictionary of the receiving file.

I'm with you on the cleanness of the results in EXECUTESQL. If I can get
over this conversion hurdle, it'll be really nice.
