Yes One of my companies is www.adprecision.net - we offer as a service ad campaign management, ad serving and directory pages. Powered by asp.net with unidata in the backend. The DB licence belongs to adrecision. The customers can access admin screens via designbase. We host in a uk hosting provider. The customers (both publishers and advertisers) know it only as a service and do not know about the unidata or the .net for that matter.
