Having, as I have, a brilliant mind, it only took me five minutes or so to figure out that possibly, it can't figure out what files are in my account because it's seeing a menu pop up when it logs in as me, on login, and has no idea what to do with THAT, so it barfs all over my backseat. Very rude! Instead of an actual application account, I changed it to point at UV which has no menu and voila up comes the list of files.
