Personally I'd be more than a little worried about a product that had soooo many bugs it required fixes every 3-4 weeks, OR was soooo feature poor that it needed that many "tweaks"
I would have thought if you were selling a product in this space, given that the fundamentals of the file structure haven't been undergoing any major enhancements recently that I'm aware, an offering should be bug free & feature complete.
