In the early 90's I got a work permit and did some work for Serta Mattress of Toronto. At the time they had Reality. Many Serta factories have gone to UniVerse with the OHM Bedding software so it's possible they have as well. It has also been long enough that they could have migrated from MV altogether. I offer this as just a possibility to look into.
