Hi, it sounds to me that you are not using any indexes. In UD there is CREATE.INDEX and BUILD.INDEX commands you need to run.

However, I have a program with BASIC to obtime the same result and it takes less than one second, I have heard that other DB Systems like SQL Server, Oracle, etc... are very fast with the SQL Query.
