We have inspected this apartment and seems to be the worst apartment in the Executive Towers Lot. Its the only apartment on the floor with all the other small rooms of utility maintenance on this floor. We can pay AED 500 per sft ( All Inclusive) for this apartment and if the seller agrees in CASH & IMMEDIATE TRANSER - AMOUNT PAYABLE - AED 625,000 IN CASH.
