Netica (www.norsys.com) can do many such tests by choosing  
"Network -> Test Using Cases"  from the menu.  

It measures error rate, logarithmic scoring, quadratic scoring, spherical
scoring, confusion matrix, calibration table, sensitivity, specificity,
and can generate ROC plots using Excel.  Send me an email if you would
like more documentation.
