The Context Grid(tm) System (http://www.knacta.com/Context_Grid.htm) is capable of tracking individuals and/or groups of patients over time. While our intellectual property covers this application of the system (see publication 20040225629 Entity Centric Computer System) we have not publicized it or made it available as it is not our current focus.
