It may be of interest to you that the second edition of my book, "Bayesian Networks and Decision Graphs" (Springer) has now now been released. Thomas D. Nielsen is a new co-author.
In the second edition we have added several subjects. Primarily, we have included chapters presenting commonly used methods for learning graphical models, and we have extended the treatment of graphical languages for modelling decision problems.
