Dear colleagues,

version 2.2 of the Primula package for probabilistic-relational modeling
and learning has now been released; it is available at

      http://www.cs.aau.dk/~jaeger/Primula/

Primula is the implementation of the Relational Bayesian Network modeling
language. Primula 2.2 contains several significant extensions over the
previous version:

* Parameter learning for complex relational models is available. This includes parameter learning with nested and/or non-decomposable combination functions.

* MLN interpreter: Primula 2.2. implements a translation of Markov Logic Networks (MLNs) into the Relational Bayesian Network language. Primula's tools for exact inference can now also be used to perform exact inference for (small-scale) MLN models.
