machine learning and data mining. Below is the job description:
1. Algorithms Engineers — Machine Learning or Data Mining
Responsibilities:
Explore large scale data, research and develop predictive models.
Numerical optimization algorithms design and implementation.
Work with business unit to integrate algorithms into products.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Experience with large scale data ETL and distributed computation.
Knowledge of statistics, machine learning and numerical optimization.
Strong coding skill using one of the programming languages: C++, Java,
Python.
Self-driven, innovative and collaborative
Good communication and presentation ability
Location：Seattle or Silicon Valley
2. Software Development Engineers
Responsibilities:
System level architecture for big data processing algorithms
End-to-end system implementation and optimization targeting for
efficiency, parallelism, and performance
Quick prototyping and demo building for fast turnaround
Building tools for common scenarios of data collection, data analyses,
and data presentations
Work with machine learning experts for integrating algorithms into
products including both offline and online
Work with business unit to integrate algorithms into products.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Strong coding skills with passions for system design, efficiency
optimization and distributed systems
Familiar with one of the programming languages: C++ or Java.
Self-driven, result-oriented, innovative and collaborative
Good communication and presentation ability
Knowledge of statistics, machine learning and numerical optimization is
a plus
