Thank you for your help. I'm not too familiar with Javascript.
There was a demonstration in the JSLib intro I wanted to try:
jslib.init(this);
include (jslib_file);
var file = new File("c:\\tmp\\foo.dat");
file.open("w");
file.write("This is a test\n");
file.close();
I just needed to make explicit calls to the window object.
function cmd_test(){
window.jslib.init(this);
window.include( window["jslib_file"] );
var file = new window.File("c:\\temp\\foo.dat");
file.open("w");
file.write("This is a test\n");
file.close();
}
I can probably find a way to make this a little more transparent
later, when I'm more familiar with it. I would probably just have to
make a few changes to my utils.js or cmdutils.js. I don't think it
would be necessary to include JSLib with Ubiquity, but how about a way
to expand CmdUtils/Utils or create helper methods for any user script.
Again, thanks for your help.
