I have updated the Digg command in social.js that don't work with last
RC of 1.0.3 because (like explained to me by Blair the
getDocument.location is an object and not a string).
I have added two noun type to pass to the API also the Topic and
media type (default news). I have tested it with 1.0.3 RC6 and it seem
to works.
I have used the command in social.js like template, I have no tested
all topic if they are passed correctly to the API, but I have used
the reference at the Digg Wiki:
 http://digg.com/tools/integrate
I hope that it works fine.

Now is it possible to issue command like these:

 digg in apple media video

for a video to submit in the Apple section, or:

 digg in software

to submit a story in the Topic Software.

In this way the only thing to fill at the Digg API page is the ( :-
( ) CAPTCHA.
I think that preview could be improoved, but I am not a great
developer, I hope to make it better in future.
 Code is here:
 www.gialloporpora.netsons.org/ubiquity
 (now site is unavailable)
 or here:
 http://gist.github.com/38205
but I think it not works because it have the same name of an existing
command (included in social.js).
