Hey Sherman,
I tried writing voice commands for Ubiquity a couple of months ago using OSX
leopard's builtin voice recognition. It's pretty decent and it allows you to
write your own commands. But I stopped working on cos there's a lack of
documentation and I couldn't figure out how to write commands.

Basically, you would press the system-wide hotkey and then, say something
like "ubiquity google cats". It would open ubiquity and insert the rest of
the text into the ubiquity box. The idea is simple enough with no special UI
for voice commands. I'll attempt to write this again this week.

Do you know if firefox extensions that do voice recognition (cross-platform
or otherwise)? What approach do you suggest?

Cheers,
Abi
