I finally managed to fix it by resetting 2 parameters to default value in "about:config" page : - browser.link.open_newwindow;3 (was 2) - browser.link.open_external;3 (was 2)
I'm not sure what these options are for, but now, the commands are executed from any page ! Thanks for your help.
