What reasons would cause only some of the commands to be indexed, or feeds to not be indexed at all? I have several commands in this feed:
https://ubiquity.mozilla.com/herd/all-feeds/b74f636d24c5be13b7b87814097759ae85f0193e-8101/ but Herd only lists "strikethrough, monospace". Also, clicking on those shows an old version by default.
