+1 on an option for forcing an update/refresh of the feed. It could be a link next to the feed in "about:ubiquity" and it might be useful to be next to commands on the "Your Commands" page too.
Or maybe even a ubiquity command, eg "refresh commands" which gives a clickable list, or "refresh commands in Mozilla Email Commands" and press enter. Just enough to be unique would do.
