While converting the Evernote bookmarklet to a command is a very
effective solution (especially now that I've finally master keyboard
navigating FF on Mac), I would like to see Evernote's features become
more deeply accessible to Ubiquity. Here's a concept that I spent some
time brainstorming on (inspired by Gary Hodgson's Remember the Milk
Ubiquity commands):

      1. en-quicknote notetitle (contents text) (to Notebook) (url
text) (tags text) (open Prompt, Evernote)

      * Seeing that a title is all that's needed to create a note, it
should be the main argument. However, highlighted text would be much
more likely to be desired in the quicknote's contents in this
particular command so it should place that information there by
default.

*One problem with this and other note creating commands is the
inability to create multi-line notes within Ubiquity unless present in
highlighted text. "open Prompt" solves this by launching the same
prompt found in the Evernote bookmarklet, preconfigured based on the
information entered in the ubiquity command. Since "open Prompt"
prevents immediate quicknote submission, users may also find it useful
for previewing purposes.

*"open Evernote" displays the new note in Evernote, like
clicking the "View in Evernote" link in the bookmarklet clipper

      2. en-clip-selection selection (title text) (contents text) (to
Notebook) (tags text) (open Prompt, Evernote)

      * If the title argument is not used, the source's url will be
the title like the default in the Evernote bookmarklet.

      3. en-clip-webpage notecontents (title text) (to Notebook) (tags
text) (open Prompt, Evernote)

      * Clips the entire page.
      * If the title argument is not used, the source's url will be
the title like the default in the Evernote bookmarklet.

      4. en-view-note notetitle (contents text) (notebook text) (tags
tagname)

      * When no text or arguments are supplied, displays the most
recent notes in the ubiquity preview for selection (similar to the
mobile web client).

      5. en-edit-note notetitle (contents text) (notebook text) (tags
tagname)

      * When no text or arguments are supplied, displays the most
recent notes in the ubiquity preview for selection (similar to the
mobile web client).

      6. en-append text (to Notetitle)

*Creates a new line of text at the end of a note.

      7. en-prepend text (to Notetitle)

*Creates a new line of text at the beginning of a note.

      8. en-move-note notetitle (to Notebook)

      9. en-tag-note notetitle (tag tagname)

      10. en-mail-note notetitle (to text) (message text)

      11. en-print-note notetitle

Is there anything that needs to be clarified? Is this possible with
what Evernote has currently made available to developers? Please let
me know.
