Does anyone know if there are any libraries such as FUEL or anything else
included with Ubiquity that will let you inspect various performance
components of a loading page?

Examples
- Time from initial ping to total CSS download
- JavaScript parse and run time on initial page load
- Maximum number of concurrent connections utilized at any single time

Access to this kind of data would be highly useful!!

Thanks!

-Jonathan
