I like "The Herd". It sounds fine, with character. It sounds like a classic name of an important traditional newspaper. It was born to stay. "The Herd" will make history.
People starting with Ubiquity won't be wondering what "The Herd" means, for them it will be just a name, unless they become fanatic of Ubiquity and want to read what that means, so they will go and look for the information they need. "The Library" is fine too. Libraries are inspiring, useful. But libreries are millions. "The Library" will be just a name without an identity. "The Bazaar" is to comercial and Ubiquity and Firefox are open source. They are an important part of the free, open and generative Internet. "Let's go shopping for new commands to the "Bazaar" makes me think and feel to be banned of making and shareing my own commands and having to buy commands in the "Bazaar" to people who don't let me be a part of the Ubiquity development. I like the "Herd", I can not think in other name, because for me this is the name. Thank you for asking. Sebastan.
