Mitcho and I were trying to get this working during the summit, but never
made it (ran out of time).
As it is in the released ubiquity, you have to actually add a feed to
register a command - and then you'll have the trouble of accessing jetpack
functionality from that feed, which lives in a sandbox (though it has access
to components).
