Agreed with justin,  you need to level the sector out and mark your reference 
point, then adjust per desired down-tilt calculating appropriately.  I always 
wondered about this,  i never have gotten a good answer.  A lot of time my 
sectors look like they are pointing up more than down when i try to achieve a 
-1 down-tilt.
