No question is stupid, yes I did, nothing..  I read it will come back but it 
did not.   Had to replace the unit. The existing just reset and is working as 
before.  I upload the 6.04.

Stupid question but did you reboot the access point side? 6.0.3 had issues for 
us at least in ptmp mode with the station disconnecting and not come back until 
the AP is rebooted.
