I would guess weather related, i.e. water in a feedhorn or rf cable. If the signal gets better as the rain moves out and things dry up, you will know it is physical and not RF.

Came back up at 10. At the remote site I saw uptime of 255 days or something. Using my phone I changed remote frequency and got no change. After a couple hours the link is up and running (channel problems exist though). Odd that interference would change the signal on both sides...
