James, I don't suggest using UCRM for billing or anything. Use a legitimate, solid platform like Azotel, Sonar, Powercode, VISP, etc. and your life will be easier.
Never trust your billing platform to someone you can't call and talk to on the phone. Recipe for disaster otherwise.
