orca doesn't come up talking when a reboot happens; there's that login prompt to handle first. One thing I can tell you is about the control-u key combination. It wipes out everything typed on a line before you hit it so can clear out bad login and password information for you.

Wouldn't it be better if BrlTTY would be started automaticaly? It is the
