I have updated
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Accessibility/doc/StartGuide with a
procedure to install Ubuntu 10.04 using the Desktop CD. I have also
done some updates to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Accessibility . If there
are any issues with these, please let me know.

I need to know if the current wiki is usable for everyone. Do you need
the contents using the Navigation table back in the pages? It could be
added to the bottom of every page, some pages, or not at all if it is
not needed.

As for bugs, please tag all bugs with "a11y" instead of
"accessibility". This is the tag used by the Ubuntu bugsquad to
identify all bugs concerning accessibility. I have gone through the
bugs tagged "accessibility" and either added or replaced it with a11y.
A search of all bugs tagged can be done by using "advanced search" and
going to the bottom of the page.
