Hi Luke and All, I could not find any audio settings that would allow me to change this. Could it also be that it has to do with the fact that it's Bluetooth 3.0? Also, I looked on the applications tab of the sound in hardware, and there is a bunch of speech dispatchers, and they all are not muted and have a valid number for the volume gain. Thanks for any more ideas.
Glenn It may be that the device does not support sample rates below 44100.
