Hi there .... There is, I think a whole lot of work required in research and getting a transition training course up and running. In an idle moment last night, I just wondered if we ought to have a team separate from advertising but linked to Advertising-planning. I'm wondering about this as the skills required are not the same as the creative skills that the Advertising team has in abundance. Any of you have any thoughts on that?
