No particular questions - just a willing volunteer or volunteers, a minimum of help from you and a candid report on the problems the volunteer experienced and how they handled them (if they handled them)! There's been some work along these lines, and the main points are lack of accessibility because the user can't understand the help and the forums. In the exercise, attempt to get into the mindset of a newbie user and report back giving his/her point of view. In a nutshell, we need to see ourselves as others see us and make changes to out 'shop window'. Our target audience is someone who regularly uses a computer with an operating system such as Windows or MacOS. How does s/he react when exposed to Ubuntu for the first time?
