Title:
  Location doesn't work with Oxide

Status in “webbrowser-app” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When trying to access location data in webbrowser-app, the following
  is logged:

  [0516/115027:ERROR:oxide_access_token_store.cc(30)] Not implemented
  reached in virtual void
  oxide::AccessTokenStore::LoadAccessTokens(const
  LoadAccessTokensCallbackType&)

  On top of that, a webapp trying the same logs:

  [0516/115500:ERROR:object_proxy.cc(566)] Failed to call method:
org.freedesktop.NetworkManager.GetDevices: object_path=
/org/freedesktop/NetworkManager: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied: An
AppArmor policy prevents this sender from sending this message to this
recipient, 0 matched rules; type="method_call", sender=":1.56" (uid=32011
pid=2635 comm="webapp-container --enable-back-forward --webappUrl")
interface="org.freedesktop.NetworkManager" member="GetDevices" error
name="(unset)" requested_reply="0" destination="org.freedesktop.NetworkManager"
(uid=0 pid=1337 comm="NetworkManager ")
  [0516/115500:WARNING:wifi_data_provider_linux.cc(184)] Failed to get the
device list

  AFAICT the first error is that we don't have the permission backend
implemented, so it just bails out. The latter seems to be oxide trying to fall
back to wifi-based location and failing due to apparmor preventing access.
