currently the only way to get out of emergency call screen is to lock the phone again.

Set a passcode/PIN for your phone if you aren't currently using one. 1. Lock the phone. 2. Wake the phone. 3. Slide to reveal the unlock screen. 4. Tap "Emergency Call". 5. Try to exit the emergency call screen. What happens: You can't. What should happen: You can get back to the unlock screen. It might save time to fix this bug at the same time as bug 1360257.
