  Taps at the bottom of the screen trigger a bottom edge gesture

Bug description:
  It is too easy to trigger a bottom edge action when using the video
  timeline in landscape mode.

  It’s also almost impossible to tap a link at the very bottom of a page
  without triggering the bottom edge gesture.
