Just to bring the above together with the "navegador" example you mentioned earlier in an email: AFAIK we decided against having translated descriptions and everything in the click package itself, but store it just in the appstore server. To me it sounds like updating offline data of the appstore locally for future use (or prepopulating some) might get a bit hairy. (Not sure if that's what was suggested in past conversations.)
