I believe the team is expected to prove itself with the four initial specs before further tasks will be assigned. Let's try to keep focused and deliver the goods this cycle. If you plan on trying a proposal with a given style, make sure you communicate your desires in Ponder. There are a number of reasons for doing it in this systematic way: 1) It prevents people from running off on tangents. 2) It permits the upper level folks to approve of all directions BEFORE people spend time on them. Remember: Ponder is only a couple of weeks long, then we can start in on the proposals. Keep focused and get your textural ideas in.
