That could be possible, but only if the logo does not occupy parts of the screen where eg text or progressbar would have to be drawn. And I don't know whether it'll be a CPU hogging thing to do or not (that of course greatly depends on the size of the logo. -- Dennis K. Time is an illusion, lunchtime doubly so.
