I see two specific goals for community themes. 1. Enhance the user experience of Ubuntu by creating high quality alternate themes which are available from the repositories. 2. Advocate the use of Open Source Artistic Tools. I also added additional content to the Milestones & Deadlines (e.g. schedule) section. For some reason artwork seems to show up late so I left a lot of room for the exploration of ideas at the beginning of the schedule.
