Fedora certainly has an active art group and I'm sure the wallpaper for Fedora 12 will look as good as Fedora 11. However there is a lot to be said in what Ubuntu has to deliver. IMO when Karmic ships folks will be generally pleased with the changes and the quality of the presentation. As I alluded to in an earlier post with community themes added to the mix the total artwork package is very good. In addition to Fedora I also like and respect the efforts of the openSUSE project. It looks like 11.2 will have new professional artwork.
