Precisely. I imagine that this would have occurred because Pacific or AARNet or whoever else last hosted the mirror requested that they no longer be pointed at. Alternatively, the Canonical mirror admins might have decided that the service provided by the old mirror was inadequate (out of date, often down, etc.) It's rather sad that this is happening here, but it's the same even in the US... Lots of the more obscure countries have wonderful local mirrors! - -- William Grant Ubuntu Developer -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.9 (GNU/Linux) iEYEARECAAYFAkkKq88ACgkQAc+S8KckfcXIbACfYJ/tXAyaZdhzWxJAdgghy/bW R3oAn2gDsBqBymuZ2Xh/11B2/Aep1vom =GoMS -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- ubuntu-au mailing list ubuntu-au@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-au
