Generally speaking people who are interested in contributing to free software projects do so out of personal motivations and desires. Given that you've not provided any details of the project, any goals of the project, any mission statement of what you wish to achieve, or anything else remotely interesting, I question who will respond to your offer given the 296 alternative "Unix-Like" distributions listed on distrowatch.com which do provide all of these details?
