Although well intentioned our various offers may be, I have found that the
simplest way to proceed is to go and knock on any door e.g. Sumner Park and
tell folk that a computer(s) is waiting for them and leave your phone
number.

Trying "official" ways is a bit of a joke. This way I got four servers
placed to be installed when the people are ready.
