In a previous posting I mentioned my problem with printing PDFs and some other documents where some of the page is cut off. I came up with a complicated answer but the best answer is much simpler: For example if the page size is A4 select paper 'A4 borderless 297x 210' rather than 'A4'. Problem solved.
