The strange thing is that both tor 0.1.2.19-2 and tor 0.2.0.31-1~8.04prevu1 depend on the same libssl0.9.8 (>= 0.9.8f-1)
After removing tor from /var/cache/prevu/hardy-debs/Packages installing tor 0.1.2.19-2 is no problem : $ sudo aptitude install tor Reading package lists...
