I have a 6910p, it works alright since Hardy. I am now at Intrepid. I get occasional problems with pulseaudio when my uptime is about weeks old. I tend to just kill the pulseaudio deamon to fix it. You can just search google for "ubuntu 6910p" there are a couple of guides including mine, although for Intrepid there is not much to do.
