Public bug reported: Please backport lxd 0.25-0ubuntu1 (main) from xenial to trusty.
Reason for the backport: ======================== Keep in sync with Xenial (trusty is currently at 0.23). There's just one weirdness that starts with this backport. In Xenial we've starting de-coupling our dependencies, that's not doable for trusty, so there's now an extra delta to re-enable the bundled dependencies. Testing: ======== Mark off items in the checklist [X] as you test them, but please leave the checklist so that backporters can quickly evaluate the state of testing. You can test-build the backport in your PPA with backportpackage: $ backportpackage -u ppa:<lp username>/<ppa name> -s xenial -d trusty lxd * trusty: [*] Package builds without modification [*] golang-github-lxc-lxd-dev installs cleanly and runs [*] lxd-client-dbgsym installs cleanly and runs [*] lxd-tools installs cleanly and runs [*] lxd-client installs cleanly and runs [*] lxd installs cleanly and runs [*] lxd-dbgsym installs cleanly and runs [*] lxd-tools-dbgsym installs cleanly and runs No reverse dependencies ** Affects: trusty-backports Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Backporters, which is subscribed to trusty-backports.
