While Debian may have rejected a backport of nginx-snippets 1.3, it is designed to work with nginx and have *up to date* security parameters and such for TLS settings.

To that extent, it fits into 'backports' because it is not a security update and does not fit standard 'updates' processes for SRU.

I'd like to simply get perpetual approval for that so I can just apply it and then hand-wave it automatically with an "always allowed" - it's just configuration snippets for NGINX so there's no regression risks really.
